I'm using Dynamics 365 Online 9.x and installed Unified Service Desk 4.0 with sample data into it.
- I'm getting the exception "The hosted Application "NotesManager" couldn't be created. Contact your administrator", when I'm trying to open the account/contact record in the session.
- From the exception, you can see that it is referring "Could not load file or assembly UnifiedServiceDesk.SampleControls.CRM2013SP1Package or one of its dependency".
Can anyone please tell me where this file is located? Thanks.
