Hello all,
I recently took the MB2-712 (Customization and Configuration) and I ended up failing. The prepartion materials I had access to were the Microsoft Imagine Academy course on CRM Customization and Configuration, CRM Online trial environment, and a textbook.
I came fairly close to passing, but I'm in need of a more solid, complete, and accurate source of information to study from. I do not have access to the DLP as my organization is not a MS Partner. Please let me know. Thank you in advance.
