New Field in Organisation Can't be edited

Hi

I've added a new two option field (yes/no) in Organisation. It worked in my sandbox environment but when I imported it into the production environment, the field is there but I can't toggle the no/yes for it. The field just remains blank and any attempt to click on it won't work on a existing organisation.

The funny thing is that when I bulk edit from a list of organisation, I can then set the RAP to yes or no, likewise I can do it when I'm adding a new organisation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
