Unified Service Desk - Window Navigation Rules from a CRM Dashboard not triggering

Hi all,

In our current USD implementation we are running into a curious issue. We have two Window Navigation Rules configured (one for In Place, one for Popup) for the Case (incident) entity and have a (CRM 2015) dashboard configured with a list of cases. When we open a case from this dashboard the first time, nothing happens. However, when we navigate back and open a case again (doesn't matter which one), then the rule is triggered.

What seems to mitigate the issue is when we hide the navigation bar on the dashboard, the rule triggers just fine. Has anyone ever encountered this? We probably don't need the navigation bar, but the fact that something works from the second time you perform an identical action is strange.
