Hi - The Quick Create checkboxes on Activities, Phone Calls, Tasks, Appointments are all grayed out. What is the best way to get those checkboxes to become live again so I can enable the Quick Create feature for these entities again? Thank you!

Can I implement a many to many relationship between Billing Accounts and Service Accounts?

 

Due to numerous billing scenarios I would like to have a many to many relationship between customer accounts and service accounts. Based on having a single Service Account for each physical address that a customer may have and change the Billing Account to reflect the billing scenario for a particular Case/Work order. Is this possible?

I have a problem with Outlook offline mode (CRM2016 Update 1 Online, using CRM2016 Outlook client).

Contacts and custom entities are working correctly. They show off line and can be edited. Including inserting / updating notes!

But as the account form loads we get the following error and the form never displays.

Does anyone have suggestions as to possible causes?

IE window pops up on clicking in Unified Service Desk

I added a  test CRM Home page on the Unified Service Desk to display my CRM homepage. An IE window pops up with the URL: http://event/?eventname=....... each time I click anything on the page.  What I am missing here?

I have been using salesforce for almost 4 yrs now, I never ever came across, send error report dialog box in a cloud SaaS applications. Why is that Dynamics 365 is asking to send the error report, almost for every click I made in my trial edition of Enterprise Edition of Dynamics 365 Online?

I have a requirement to create a simple SLA to warn every 4 hours with email notification until failure. I have created the SLA in the details section but I don't see an option to repeat. Is there a way to repeat this warning?

Dynamic Marketing List Query

Hi All,

I am wondering if there is a bug in Dynamic Marketing List Query. 

There are two marketing lists with contacts. When I want to get contact from both lists, query is " List equals <List1> OR List equals <List2>". That does produce the list I expect.

However, when I want to get only members from first list, which are NOT members of list 2, the query I use " List equals <List1> AND List does not equal <List2>". That produces all contacts from list 1.

So how do I select ONLY members from LIST1 which do not belong to the LIST2?
